Our Apartments

Lakeview 2 Bedroom at Panjiayuan
(140 square meter, 1,540 square feet)

The apartment is located at the southeast corner of the Second Ring Road overlooking a park with a beautiful lake. The apartment has two bedrooms. The living room and master bedroom are facing the lake. The famous Panjiayuan antique flea market is at walking distance.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 persons; ideal for a couple with two kids or two couples traveling together. The living room has a sofa bed can accommodate two extra persons if needed.
Two bathrooms, one at the master bedroom with a tub and the other with shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates and silverwares. Home cooking or catering services can be arranged.

Dining at home during the summer time and overlooking the lake will be a nice experience.

Daily Rate: USD 140 per day, minimum 3 days, no extra charges

This one bedroom apartment is conveniently located near the city center within a nice and quite neighborhood 3 kilometers away from The China World Trade Center. It has a living room, bedroom overlooking a small garden, kitchen and full bath. Comfortably accommodates two persons. The sofa bed in the living room can stretch for one or two more

people. The apartment is also good for business travelers as a short term or transitional stay.

This is a very nice 2 stories apartment located on the 8th and 9th floors. The living room, dinning room, kitchen, and one bedroom with a bath located on the 8th floor and a bedroom suite with a roof garden on the top floor. Ideal for two couples traveling together.
Each couple can occupy one floor for their own privacy. The bedroom on the bottom floor has the view over the courtyard; the master bedroom has a roof garden to its own. Great for breakfast or summer time dinner with guests. It is located in the same apartment complex as the Garden view 1 bedroom mentioned above. If you are traveling with a few friends, these two apartments can be rented together.

This studio is small but quaint. With every thing you need for a short-term stay in this city. The studio has a nice double bed, a large desk with computer, full bath and a small kitchenette. If you are traveling with a budget but do not want to sacrifice the comfort and style, this unit will be your ideal choice.

All our apartments are standard equipped with air conditioning, heating, television, VCD or DVD player, telephone, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker and fresh cut flowers.

Notes to Our Guests

1.	There are no extra charges or taxes! The price you pay includes basic utilities such as water, electricity, heating and telephone. Your own international phone card or any IP phone card that can be purchased in the supermarket or convenient stores can access the long distance calls. Maid service is provided twice a week. Additional services can be arranged.
2.	All apartment rentals are based on 3 days minimum stays and additional days are charged in the same rate. Booking has to be made in full in advance. If the apartment is not rent out after your stay, additional days can be arranged. Otherwise, extension may not be accommodated.
3.	One of us will greet you personally upon your arrival and orient you into your neighborhood and your apartment. Site seeing tours can be discussed and arranged whenever you need.
4.	Email is our preferred mode of communication. If you send us an email and do not receive a response within 24 hours, we may not have received your request. If this happens, please leave us a detailed message at 86-10-5107-9577 and we will get back to you ASAP.

Rental Terms and Conditions

1.	Complete our online Reservation Request From. Choose the apartment you would like to rent and let us know the exact dates you are interested in. When possible, try to provide us with a second or third choice of apartments (or dates) in case the apartment (or dates) you have chosen are not available.
2.	Email or fax your reservation request form to us. We will replay within 24 hours.
3.	Once the apartment is available per your request, we will ask you to reconfirm with us on the dates specified.
4.	You will then receive our rental agreement with the payment terms and arrival information.
5.	The rental rate will be quoted in USD and the account number will be indicated in the agreement.
6.	A 30% deposit is required to reserve the apartment. The residual payment is due one month before your reservation date. All payments are not refundable.
7.	The check-in time is 2:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am. Early check in and late check out can be arranged if the apartment is not booked before or after your stay.
8.	Security deposit is 2 days' rent and is required to pay in cash upon check in. The security deposit will be used in case of damage of the furniture or equipment, or lost key. If all is in order upon check out, the deposit will be returned, otherwise we will deduct accordingly.
9.	Additional services upon request are as follows; A. Daily maid service 30 RMB B. Baby-sitting 50 RMB/hour C. Car with driver 60 RMB/hour or 400 RMB/day D. Airport pick up 150 RMB/trip
10.	We are not responsible, under any circumstance, by you and your party, for any and all personal injuries, damage to apartment during rental, or theft arising out of or connected in any way to your rental of our property.
